Reporting to the Regional Librarian, you’ll lead the newly established Library Operations business stream, providing leadership across collections, digital services, outreach, procurement, systems, operational procedures and business improvement. Working in partnership with Branch Librarians, you’ll ensure the operational services and resources that support frontline customer delivery continue to evolve while contributing to strategic planning and organisational improvement.
