Join City of Moreton Bay as a Library Branch Leader and help shape vibrant library experiences that enrich and connect our communities for today and tomorrow. As part of our Cultural Services Department, encompassing Galleries, Museums, Libraries, Heritage and Cultural Activation, you will help create engaging leisure and learning experiences by connecting people to resources and each other, while striving for excellence in the delivery of information, collections, programs and welcoming library spaces for the community. To achieve this, you will:

• Lead the delivery of contemporary, customer focused library services, programs and community engagement activities that meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
• Develop and inspire a high performing team, fostering a culture of customer service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance service outcomes and community connections.
• Oversee branch operations, including collection management and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Contribute to service planning, projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support the delivery of strategic library outcomes and future branch enhancements.
