About the Role
The purpose of this position is to maintain and support the Gladstone Regional Libraries’ computer and digital systems, provide advice and support to library users regarding technology, administration support and undertake general library duties.
Your role will include:
- Providing technological support and solutions to employees and customers.
- Collaborating with internal and external service providers to ensure system upgrades and software maintenance is executed effectively.
- Being present, pro-active and solutions-focused and recognise that the community is the core of our business.
