As Library Branch Services Librarian, you will be part of the Library Branch Services team and responsible for providing effective and efficient leadership, supervision, and development of Library teams.
This role also includes providing effective customer service to a diverse audience in accordance with best practice, our objectives and our vision: Creating connections, improving lives, every moment matters.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Design and deliver training and professional development across Branch services
- Consult and contribute to development of policies and procedures to ensure whole-of-service continuous improvement
- Deliver and develop the Branch Services team so they are capable of providing a full rangeĀ of information services to our customers
- Maintain industry awareness by engaging in professional development and grant opportunities
