Bundaberg Regional Libraries has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community digital literacy and technology.
In this role, you will work closely with library customers and staff to enhance digital literacy and provide technical support. You will design and deliver engaging technology-based programs and workshops for people of all ages, while also assisting individuals one-on-one with their digital needs. The position involves maintaining and troubleshooting library technologies, including hardware, software, and systems, and collaborating with Council IT teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will also contribute to the library’s online presence by supporting website maintenance and creating content for social media. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to help bridge the digital divide in our community.
