Mackay Regional Council is searching for a passionate Branch Supervisor to join our Mackay Regional Council Libraries Operations Team based at the Gordon White Library, Mount Pleasant.
About the opportunity: The Gordon White Library Branch Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day operations of the library and oversees the delivery of the Library Courier service and provision of applicable MRCL fleet vehicles. The successful candidate will have demonstrated team leadership experience including performance management, capability development and workforce planning. The Supervisor will work to assist in the overall staffing across our 6 library locations, and manage assets associated with Gordon White Library specifically.
