A Digital Poster Session will feature in the QPLA Conference program on Thursday 13 October 2022.
The Digital Poster Session is an opportunity for library services to showcase their projects, activities and achievements.

Present your poster and your library service could win:
- First Prize $750
- Second Prize $500
- Third Prize $250
Conference delegates will vote for their favourite poster presented on Thursday 13 October. The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on Thursday evening.

Send your details to conference@qpla.asn.au by Friday 9 September 2022.
- Name of Library Service
- Name of digital poster filename
- Name of submitter
- Name of employee who will be in attendance with the poster on Thursday 13 October 2022
- Provide bank transfer details for receipt of prize money
Poster requirements
Information contained on the poster is entirely at the discretion of the participating library service.
All digital posters should be between between 30secs and no longer than 3 mins.
Digital poster files should be submitted in standard video format such as MP4, WMV and AVI
Digital files should be sent to conference@qpla.asn.au or larger files can be emailed via We Transfer
Posters will be displayed from 10am on Thursday 13 October 2022 on digital screens in the Trade Exhibition space.
There can be multiple posters from the same organisation.
Each poster must have an accompanying staff member during display times who can explain the information on the poster on Thursday 13 October 2022.
Participating library services will need to arrange a minimum one day conference registration on Thursday 13 October 2022 for staff members accompanying the poster.
Posters can remain on the display screens on Friday 14 October without being staffed. They can be removed anytime on Friday.

Additional information
Conference delegates get to vote once for their favourite poster.
Each poster will be given a reference number and an allocated display panel.
Accompanying flyers and information can be handed out during the poster sessions.
